I made contact via Autotrader with Soper Select, I received a personal email and not automated very swiftly and out of hours. I followed up with 5 questions about the car that I enquired about, Raj then quickly responded with a personal video of the car I was interested in and he answered evert question in detail which was refreshing and transparent. We had a further discussion and never any pressure from Raj or Richard who followed up with a pleasant email and telephone call. Great communication, transparency and a joy to deal with these guys.

Great experience with Soper and Tom Armstrong from Sales. We purchased an Audi A6 Avant Black Edition and very pleased with the car. The car was very clean and came with a new MOT and service. Tom was always informative and ready to answer questions and was accomodating with the collection of the vehicle. One of the keys supplied ended up being fault but Soper made it right by allowing us to book at our local dealer and facilitating the purchase of a new key. Cannot fault Soper select and would recommend.

An outstanding example of how a company should treat its customers regardless of how much or little money they spend as they treated me with the highest respect, courtesy and consideration in every detail of my purchase. When I had an issue with my car,Raj Sharma dealt with it without delay and haste even though having to deal with an incompetent competitor in my home town to rectify the problem with my car, he chased them and aided a quick resolve. Even though Soper is in Lincoln and I’m in Birmingham,I would 100% contact them first to check there inventory before purchasing a new vehicle,Again Outstanding Service
