I emailed initially and got a response straight away(out of working hours) from the team advising he will send a video of the car across the next working day. He was true to his word and I received that the next day. On the Thursday, my enquiry was followed up by the manager as it was TMs day off. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. It took 2 days from when I confirmed I would like to buy the car, to me picking it up. It was easy, personable and the team were more than helpful in these strange times. Really good experience. It’s unnerving buying a car in lock down when you cannot test drive and spend time checking out the car but I was given all the information I needed, all questions answered honestly and now I’ve completed the purchase and have my car I am very happy and know that I’ve been looked after and delivered what was promised.
